I stayed at this hotel in June 2023 and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with our room, the amenities, and the breakfast. On a positive note, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were initially booked into a standard room but were upgraded to a suite, which seemed promising. However, the suite had its issues; the shower flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used. The bathtub had a bubble feature, which, regrettably, did not function. The walls of the toilet were excessively white and shiny, causing a harsh glare whenever the lights were turned on, which was quite uncomfortable. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room maintained a pleasant temperature, which were a few of the positives. As for the breakfast, it was rather unsatisfactory. Most of the food items were overly dry, with only the croissants being somewhat acceptable. The selection of food was also very limited. Ultimately, we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere, which was disappointing.

The Hotel is Fairly central with excellent metro links. The staff gave me and girlfriend a bigger room free of charge as we are quite tall which was very much appreciated. They were also able to give us some useful information on metro stations and the best stations to use to get around. The reception is also 24/7. The cost for Paris especially is excellent. Could not fault the place.

We had an amazing time staying here. Short walk to the Notre Dame, and if you use the Big bus tour there’s a stop there too to hop on. When we arrived we were given a free upgrade to a suite and we were so grateful. The room was beautiful and I’d definitely book a suite next time. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the hotel is close to restaurants/shops/transport.

I had a lovely three night stay at this hotel. I was checked in and out by Sahel (I hope I've spelt that right, sorry if I haven't). It was pouring down with rain when I arrived, so it was nice to be greeted by a friendly face. The room was ready, so I was able to go straight to my room. My room was an average Paris hotel size (it was a single room) and it was spotlessly clean - the cleaning staff did a brilliant job! The area is perfect for getting around Paris with a Metro station three minutes walk from the hotel. The Panthéon is five minutes away. There are lots of options for for food, as well as coffee shops and supermarkets close by. Even high end shopping is within walking distance. The staff throughout my three days were nice and welcoming when leaving and arriving back to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel as a base in Paris.

Fabulous hotel in a really good location. Close to nearly everything and those things just out of walking distance the metro is very easily accessible. We had an early flight so we got to the hotel before the agreed check in time. We were expecting to just leave our bags and come back but no we were upgraded to a suite which was ready (our anniversary so it made it extra special). We were welcomed by Diana and a lovely gentleman, I didn’t get his name but he checked us in on the Saturday afternoon and he was there on check out Tuesday morning- black hair tied back). The room was lovely and I really enjoyed the theming (the only downside was the cleaners blocking entry to the room - but I genuinely think there was no where to put their things so it was understandable) and even though the cleaners could not speak English they were lovely and really tried to communicate with us. We never had breakfast so I can’t comment on that but it did look nice on passing. All in all we would 100% stay again if visiting Paris in the future.
