After reading many positive reviews about the hotel, we decided to book it and we were not disappointed! The hotel looked exactly like the photos and the rooms were very spacious. It is also well-located, with many tourist sites and restaurants within walking distance. Above all, the service was top-notch! Special mention to Hendrix, Alina, and Dima, who made our stay a memorable one.

Hotel Bouquet exceeded our expectations! The view of the river and the Prague Castle were awesome. The location close to the ST Charles Bridge and Old Town was perfect. We used their transport service to be picked up at the airport and returned. We had daily cleaning and nightly turn down service with a chocolate. Our room was always immaculate. The staff go out of their way to make everything perfect!

We were off to a rocky start due to some of our luggage not arriving at the airport, but the staff were very attentive and let us check into our room early. They even gave us an upgraded view of the river which was more than we expected! The junior suite had a wonderful view of the Prague monuments and even though we were right next to a busy road, you could barely hear it. The room contained complementary coffee which was always stocked up with a good choice of refreshments in the minibar. Although the restaurant/bar area was under renovation, the hotel is located right near the tram stop or you can easily reach anywhere on foot - you'll be spoilt for choice!

Fantastic location, right next to Charles Bridge. Spacious, airy, modern and very clean rooms. Extraordinary friendliness from all the staff, always ready to help with anything we needed. They help with restaurant reservations and the transfer service.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel actually. Location is good, very near the historical sites, restaurants and bars, (walking distance). Rooms are big and clean (water closet is Duravit and faucets are Grohe). Staff are friendly and helpful, specially Hendrix, Alina, and Dima. I highly recommend.
