this hotel is located in a busy street with rickshaws everywhere no room to move around it s a a busy wholesale street with no parking. the rooms are very damp and the one we stayed in had no windows. it is very noises as they had a wedding going on the same time we where staying there the bathroom are very dirty. it took room service 45 mins and 2 phone calls to get a bottle of water. its not worth even a terrible rating i this that is too much for this hotel

Booked this hotel for family stay for attending religious function nearby. Located in full fledged noisy market. Hotel also provides car parking. Rooms are big and clean. Beds fixtures are intact. Bed mattress also of good quality. Bathrooms were clean but ventilation is a concern. Food is tasty but service is slow. Service staff is short. Due to harsh winter we needed extra blanket but hotel provided only after talking tough. Overall it's a good budget property as compared to other hotels nearby.

Booked this hotel based on reviews on Booking.com (all VERY good) but it has to be the worst hotel we've ever set foot in. This is the first hotel we have EVER check out of! It was shockingly filthy (including ape feces on the stairs) and felt abandoned. Don't even consider booking a room.

Where to begin. The hotel is on a street that looks like it was recently bombed. Herds of cattle blocked the entrance several times. There is nothing on the block besides little shops selling scales and kitchenware. The reception is full of men just sitting there hanging out (not guests) who stare at you. There is no WiFi except in reception and it is uncomfortable to sit there. The room was OK, AC worked well when there wasn't brownouts. The shower is a joke but at least it had hot water. The hotel felt very empty. The restaurant was gross, dirty tables, dishes, etc. They overcharged me for food and tried to play it off as a mistake. The hotel tried to overcharge me for my room by 400 rupies. I made then change it. They wanted 500 rupies for a motorbike ride, I walked out to the street, waited one minute and got one for 100. The hotel is just a total rip off. I also looked at booking.com reviews and those were positive but this hotel has no redeeming values beyond the room being OK. Avoid it. Find many better hotels in Agra.
