Such a stupid behaviour in the hotel.. If you book a room for a day or 2 they charge extra around 1000 per night and will let you know at the time of checkout. They don’t know how to treat guests!! Very disappointing.. try to jump into hell rather than choosing Hotel konark🤯🤯

The experience of staying in this hotel is the worst... They don't have enough knowledge about how to treat guests. Bad Experience.. First of all, they harass the guests unnecessarily, making them sit for 2-3 hours even when the room are available. They are running refugee camps. Meaning if you have checked in at 7 o'clock, then check out at 7 o'clock the next day. Otherwise the full amount will be charged for the next day. Here they charge double to triple the normal room charges which are seen online and ask more than the full booking amount at the time of check-in, and said they will adjust during your checkout. And at the time of check out the hidden term and condition comes up. Their rooms are very bad, the plaster is gone, the walls are sealed, the bathroom tiles are broken, there is no proper drainage system, the shower is broken. If you dont want to eat food in their hotel then they do not allow you to food from outside. According to them, the guest will have to stay in their hotel and have food at their place only, and that too is very expensive. Good Experience.. Food Taste fine. Staff cooperative for some needs.

we have recently stayed in hotel for 2 nights. one of our friend had suggested this one.well to start with exteriors...the outer look of hotel is good, interiors .........it looked like they have tried to do a good job but because of their bad management its all ruined. the staff is very unprofessional, no cleanliness, bad room services, toilets are not clean.altogether a substandard hotel!!!!!

Stayed here for 1 night with family. The room was clean but dirty bed sheet had to get it changed but the second was dirty to. Couldnt sleep all night horrible smell came from dirty toilet. Called few times at the reception but didn't get positive answer. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. This is not 2 star I would rather say 1 star or less..

1. A very unprofessional staff, they do not know even how to talk. 2. Worst cleanliness like roadside dhaba. 3. Hidden charges. 4. They behave as your appearance. if you does not dress hanky panky they will not even talk only and vice versa. 5. If you ask for extra bed......arrange bed yourself, they only provide bedding. 6. It does not even deserve for 1 star rating. They can insult any body any time....money only matters for them.
