The Hotel manager was so arrrrrrogant😈👿👹👹 with us. There was a big goof up & cheating happening with these kinda small hotels. In all the places @their sites, they have mentioned it's 24hrs check in/check out. We also enquired clearly thru phone😞📱☎️📱☎️. They said it's 24hrs check in check out. But when we reached their, the manager says its🕛🕛 12am to 12am 🕛🕛check in. I mentioned abt the site conditions, He replies they don't know abt that. And that person Mr. Sasi if Im not wrong, made us (5yr old kid👶, 60yrs old parents👴👵) to wait for 45mins without even giving the room keys🔑🔐🔑. 🚷🛑📣📣📣📣🛑🚷 They were very very strict & Rigid in vacating us next day. I started getting calls back to back from the reception from 11am onwards to check out. They might have chucked us out if we didn't check out by 12. After the property owner came, the manager was up side down n so polite. But the owner doesn't seems so responsible or aware of all these dramas. Pls don't stay at this Hotel even for emergency...

We went to Tirumala on a weekend and couldn't get the room there. We came down Tirupati and searching for rooms in apps and are out of Our budget. A marketing guy of this hotel introduced to us(should have identified our need) and asked to look the hotel and then book if we like. The hotel located in a lane very close to the main road. The hotel staff shOWed the room, it was clean and good. the rate is pretty decent and good rate. IT has Car parking. Good place to stay with families. They should improvise in terms of giving soaps etc. . . Overall experience with the hotel is good.
