Service was excellent. Facility required some improvement. Staff was excellent. I enjoyed my stay and will go there again. May be this year 2020. Staff was helpful and work with the guest to make their stay as comfortable as possible.

I had booked this hotel through prominent online booking site, most of information given on their site regarding facilities are not true, the hotel claim to be 3star but it doesn't have any facility of three star, totally unprofessional arrogant and non caring staff, the receptionist at the time of checking in was totally uncaring and arrogant, room size very small , very unclean and dirty bedsheet, lift not working, water bottle kept in room also unclean, Torturous experience to stay here.

Restaurant at hotel is of Street class. They are serving very low class food. We 7 people got diarrhea next day after taking dinner at this place. Never go to this place. worst place in ahmedabad. Very bad experience.

Having a family function at nearby 5* hotel and needed a room for one of the guest. All star hotels were sold out so got kohinoor plaza cause it's very near to function and looked a good deal at that price. Just checked in to change and than to sleep for few hours before leaving. Booked just for some time and for vicinity to my function so did not Check facilities etc. Neither ate there. Overall nice clean satisfactory hotel at budget price that fulfilled the.nead.
