Avoid at all costs. Booked a twin room based on their photos and arrived to find one of the grimmest hotels we have d er stayed in. No twin room available apparently and the room itself was dark, dated and so unwelcoming we checked out immediately and found a beautiful 3 star place nearby. Obviously at our own expense. More like a hostel than a hotel. Receptionist had no interest in the fact we’d booked a twin. See photos for what you get versus what is portrayed.

Hotel in beautiful location so close to the sights of Rome. Emmaualla (hope I spelled right) on reception was kind and helpful. Room was basic but adequate. Double bed was two twins together, closet, desk, bath with over shower, sink, toilet and bidet. No tv but didn’t need it. We didn’t have breakfast as we ate out. Hotel king was a perfect base for a long weekend. Thank you

Hotel is very dated & very noisy. Blankets & towels were stained, and shower room was dirty. There was maintenance being under taken in the room next to us on two nights, drilling went on until 11pm one of the evenings. Only positive was the hotel is in a great location.

This hotels location is perfect for a stay in Rome but has to be one of the noisiest hotels on the planet. We stayed here 3 nights & was located at the front of the hotel, room next door to the lift. The room was extremely dated & dirty. A dirty towel left on the window ledge, the bath was all stained & there was dust everywhere. We made a complaint regarding the room but was told we had booked economy & that was what we’d been allocated. The breakfast, which was included was good. Continental style, cereals, pastries, cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs. This was certainly a postive after the negative room. The hotel is situated next to a theatre, unsure whether the rooms at the back of the hotel are any quieter ??? But worth asking if you fancy a full nights sleep.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were completely satisfied with our stay. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The room was clean, dated but I quite liked that about it. No TV, kettle etc but that didn’t matter to us as we weren’t planning on staying in our hotel room all day. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was limited but substantial. Above all the location is great, and that is what mattered to us. You can get to any place of interest with ease either on public transport or by walking. Spanish steps are a 5 mins walk. We travelled by foot to all sites which was a great way to explore the city. Overall a good experience at a no frills hotel. We would stay here again.
