Unhygienic and disgusting hotel. I paid 4 star money and when I reached the hotel I was so disappointed. Doors and mirrors had hand marks including dirt and grimme. 🤢🤮 Toilet had discolored. I had to ask to have the bed sheets changed and blankets had cigarette burns. And room smelled of smoke. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others. It's totally grouse as.

Hii... Hotel KBN in kutch is a very.good hotel providing comfortable stay and near to the bazaar. Worst hotel. Please don't stay here. Washroom not cleaned from ages. Very dirty frequent power cuts. Ill behaved staff. Dirty ambience. Stinking room. No lights at the corridors. Ghostly atmosphere. Power

The property is good however needs maintenance with electrical and bathroom fittings....food is good however service needs to be improved....location is very good...near to railway station and bus stand and local market....reception staff is very courteous and supportive....best of luck for the team ....

The hotel is located at a 10 min distance from station. Good spacious rooms. But food is not so good. The hotel doesn't offer non veg at all. We used to walk to comfort inn across the road for great food be it non veg Or gujarati thali and even some good shopping of kutchi handicraft. Kbn does not offer you much beyond spacious rooms. Hot water is there.
