They showed me one room. Then, when I agreed to stay there, they put me in a smaller room. Since I'd already checked out of my other hotel, I stayed one night here, then moved back. The restaurant says it has masala dosa, but they don't. The amount of toilet paper on the roll was about 1 meter long. Unlike similarly-priced hotels, limited soap in the bathroom. The people at the front desk are congenial, but the management policy appears to have them bound..

I booked my stay in this hotel via GoIbibo.com. The owner called me and told that there was some problem in the room allocation, but he was very helpful to give me the allotted room upon arrival. He also opened another room for early check-in as we were a bit early. The room was good. I like the location of the Hotel, near the railway station and Bus station

We had booked this hotel from mmt by seeing it's ratings and reviews. Almost on every hotel booking sites ratings for this hotel are good. Even when we booked there was a discount on this hotel. So we booked a family room for 2 days and the total cost was 3300. So we were happy that we got such a good and pocket friendly hotel. So on the day of check-in, manger called us to confirm when we are reaching the hotel n all. We were very excited about our stay n trip. When we reached the hotel, without even entering the hotel we all started receiving some negative wibes. It was totally looking like a lodge with pan supari shop at the entrance and some guys were smoking n all. Even over all out side area was not good. Hoping that okay rooms must be good and all we checked in hotel. But our dispointment got no pause. Room was very unclean, even bedshits n blanckets were dirty, room was small, no proper ventilation. So we called the manager and asked him to clean the rooms. So manager came with 2 boys to clean the room. Those boys were looking so cheap, we were like is these guys are going to provide room service to us. While they where cleaning the room, lights got off due to some fuse issue. One of the boys told us that fuse is loose so if lights gets off then just adjust this fuse. I was like, we are here to check your lights or what. After many such issue we all 4 girls decided to leave the hotel without even bothering about refund n all. But since it was a mmt assured hotel, we got our refund and mmt voucher, so that was the only good part.

The property was booked through Goibibo, we have taken a family rooms which is a big one. The rooms are really neat & clean. There was some issue with the toilet flush which they rectify later on. Toilet is also huge & clean. Lift is there at the hotel. They have in house restaurant which is also good. Located near the central place & you have transport to visit different parts of Udaipur. Overall stay was quite comfortable & satisfied.

The hotel was close to the bus stand/railway station and the tourist spots. Rooms were very clean and spacious. There is also a restaurant. The staff and the manager Mr Amar Singh were also extremely helpful.
