They got no sleepers which is unacceptable. The room was dirty and awful No good air conditioning The reception was closed at 10 oclock and if you needed something you couldn’t ask Don’t recommend this hotel. And the room is stinks. There was a bad smell in the bathroom.

We stayed at 7th floor and there was no wifi connection. İ'm not saying it's slow. İt's nonexistent. We stayed at 4 people room as a family and there were two glasses so we asked the reception for 2 more glasses but they said they didn't have any without even checking. İ don't know why they didn't put 4 glasses for a 4 people room. (The glasses was in the bathroom) There were no slippers. There wasn't a mini fridge/minibar at room. The AC was old. The reception didn't mind our requests. At least the room was big enough. The rooms are really clean too. İt was close to metro. Not suitable for long stays.

Clean rooms. Hostel feel. For this money you can find a 4 star hotel instead if your search. Overpriced overall. Motel entrance. Old elevator. Nice lady at the front desk. Not really a hotel feel, more like a student dormitory.

I stayed there for 4 nights with a friend. The place was nice, nothing special but just right with the services they offered. I think the room needed just some more electrical outlet. The staff was wonderful, everyone was extremely nice. I never found such a friendly and helpful staff, they were the best.

We arrived late in the evening and the reception was closed.We got code on email that was not working and we had to phone to someone to come and open the door for us.That is a building, not a hotel....we entered the room, and because we were very tired we spent the night there...but very first thing in the morning we changed our hotel.The room had no windows that can be open or balcony,the only window was viewing the external stairs ,we felt like in cage...horribly....Very expensive for horribly accommodation...it's completely different from the photos...I regret for choosing their accommodation, our first impression in Vienna....Don't do it!!!!And because we left early, I booked for 4 nights they charged me 120 euros....
