Went with family took a Suite and a double room in the Hotel. It is a great stay with nice rooms, bathrooms are very neat, has Split AC's in the rooms. Staff is very friendly and room service is quick. Being a vegetarian love the breakfast that's served in the Restaurant. They also served Jain Food (without Onion and Garlic). Very helpful staff. Experience was great. Will recommend this Hotel.

Recently me and my friends visited Kakinada to visit and cover the famous places in Kakinada and surroundings but none of our friends having any relatives in Kakinada for accommodation at that time we search for a place where we had to accommodate for two days then we find out this place we had a great time in Kakinada we visited beach, temples and near by Korangi forest and some other places also and we all are fell comfortable their because of the accommodation that we had in this hotel we really loved their ambiance and hospitality we suggest this hotel for needy people who visit Kakinada first or every time thank you..............

Overall good experience. Have been staying in this hotel for a few years. Only issue is there is no cloth hanger behind the toilet door. Hanging small cloths like shorts, banian are difficult without this behind the door hanger. Informed this to the reception and they told they will take care of this. Also food quality in the restaurant seems to have come down. There is too much of oil in items like puri and dosa. Staff is courteous and professional.

Professional staff. No nonsense. Resolution of any issue immediately. In center of City. Restaurant also very good. Immediate seating as soon as possible even during lunch time heavy rush. Cleanliness.

I am an NRI and booked two rooms for a stay with friends and relatives during the visit. However, two days prior to the travel my trip got cancelled and I have called the number, then the ping pong starts. I was asked to drop an email, which i have done and never acknowledged, so not sure it has reached. Every time i call they promise a call back in an hour and no one calls. On further follow ups and long convservations they direct you to different people and no one resolves your issue. Finally they give me a call center in bangalore to call to and no one picks the number. I have left India losing the money. and having no further time to run around. Terrible service and no customer centricity. It is easy to book, but in case of cancellation, forget the money.
