1. Dirty toilet. 2. Stained bed sheet and pillows. 3. No privacy. 4. Hotel water was provided in the bucket. 5. power cut off after every 2-3 hours. 6. Dirty furnitures. 7. Old non working TV. @travellers : Do not opt for this hotel

This hotel is located in the main town. The market is very near. Long back, I visited this hotel in off season period. The rates were reasonable. The hotel rooms were net & clean. The overall ambiance was good.

This hotel is not far from bus stand. Just little walking distance you reach to market. The restaurants are also not far. You have to inside and apparently at the end of the alley to reach out here. While going there from bus stand you will find many decent looking hotels on the way. This property is little inside and not in very nice surrounding. Outside the room window you do not have any scenery of any kind to see. Initially I was give not very good room and on insisting for that they changed my room on one more floor up. Hot water is supplied only for limited period of time in morning. Room is very small.Fan was working. Bath room is decently sized. over all cleanliness is average or below. TV was working. Average value for money , budget property. Location is only little positive thing. Rest all average or below.

There was no water in the bathroom. The location is in a slum area. Stay at your own risk. The towel provided was very dirty. Even the old TV was not working properly. Patches on the wall. Cant understand how one person has given good review about this hotel.

Jambhale Palace Cottage and Travel guru not honoured reservation

I have been deceived by travel guru and Jambhale Palace Cottage l I had booked hotel on 23 rd Dec with travel guru ref. Id TGU0001793458. Booking was for Jambhale palace cottage, Mahabaleshwar from 26-28th Dec. When I reached at Mahabaleshwar, Hotel refused the reservation stating that some big group from Delhi has booked the rooms. I was with family to an unknown place. This is clear cut deceit and deficiency in service. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel for not adhering to reservation commitment.
