Lovely hotel shame about the noise from the local bars and clubs

I'm going yo rate this hotel 3 out of 5 Purely because of the noise coming from bars/clubs. I've stayed at many indigo hotels in various cities, all have been in a quiet area, with no noise at night. We have stayed here twice now, different rooms and parts of the hotel. Both were noisy, but at the back of the hotel was worse. It's such a shame as the hotel itself is beautiful, and I have no other complaints. The staff were amazing and tried to help, but it seems this is unfortunately out of their hands. I would recommend this hotel but only if you want to go and party all night, especially at the weekends.

Aside from a great location and comfortable rooms, the front desk service was incredible. My stay had to be shortened from 4 nights to 1 and despite having received a non refundable rate when booking they happily adjusted my fee. Thank you Anna on reception and Aneta the reservation agent!

Small but charming hotel located in the heart of the old city. Welcoming staff add charm to this place allowing guests to feel at home. Nice modern design with convenience. Highly recommend breakfast with many great menu options. Very friendly staff attending to one’s needs. Super.

Enjoyed easy access to food street

Hotel room was unusually hot for tail end of winter. The staff on duty on the night of March 31 explained to us that the hotel's HVAC system was still operating on winter settings, so she couldn't adjust the room temperature to our desired level. However, she went out of her way and provided us with a portable air conditioner which helped cool the room. Hotel location is very convenient. It is right beside the Nowy Swiat food street, which is closed to car traffic on weekends. There are several bus stops near the hotel. Bathroom - I didn't like the very small sink and the short glass shower enclosure. Makes bathroom floor wet and messy after use. Breakfast selection was limited and took a long time to prepare. Following up on orders was met with a frown from one of the female wait staff.

For my recent layover in Warsaw I had decided to try something new and instead of staying in one of my fav hotels located nearby, I’ve chosen Indigo Warsaw which came as a lovely surprise. The twin room I booked was very spacious and comfortable with great floor to ceiling windows and beautifully designed bathroom (loved the black and gold color scheme). Public spaces are equally impressive, in particular the lobby, where the ultra modern decor and design blends very well with the historical core of the building. Breakfast is a la carte ( I was expecting buffet) but it was served quickly and there are plenty of options to choose from. WiFi was a bit weak and it’s something that needs to be looked into. Overall a very good hotel and an enjoyable stay.
