Pillows are bad,tv is not working,only you can watch 4-5 channels even tooth kit is chargeable,AC is not working properly Not suitable for family, even electric wires are visible,very bad experience

Hotel Hospice is deteriorating with extremely poor experience for guests. Super Delux room has broken fixtures & fittings, leaky taps, waterless shower & stained linens. Breakfast is cold & tasteless with no varieties,not even a juice.They donot even provide warm water for drinking. No newspapers provided in the rooms.Prices are high compared to many other new properties around which are far better.Extremely poor service. Property needs a major revamp !!

I have been travelling all my life with family/friends, and I haven't had such a disaster experience anywhere across India, Receptionists here are rude and have low mentality to start with, I went with my husband, first he asked us whether we have local IDs or not which is understood as I am not from Gujarat, then he denied my ID saying my surname doesn't match with my husbands and on that basis he can't provide us the room, he asked for marriage certificate giving excuse that Police here gives trouble to them.. if this is the case then I must say Surat might not be a upto date with other part of India, we are being IT crowd, have been visiting India and out of country for work/personal leisure, never had such experience at reception only. to speak about amenities 1. Their AC rooms doesn't have flush tanks/exhaust/Geysers. 2. They deny Room service. And they claim hotel his 3 star. I leave it for reader of the review to decide based on my experience.

Bedsheets and blanket full of hair.. White bedsheet with brown spots... Towel had pink stains... Phone in room not working... No free wifi as written on website..once I complained I was told to pay more and upgrade the room

This hotel good location and room was very clean. bathroom is small and clean, staff was helpful and kind. the food is test good. Manral water no in side, water not including. And all very good the service in Hotel. Thanks for Hotel Staff
