Seems like the hotel owner doesn't have much revenue for the renovation of the hotel 🙄 The hotel looks like almost some abandoned building the only place inside the hotel which is well furnished is reception only You can barge into any one of the rooms since they do not have any safety and security SOP The hotel staff doesn't even know who came and who went out since there is no one at the front of the door And surprisingly the reception is at the first floor and still I'm not able to understand why 🤣 Anyways save your money and be sure to check reviews before booking unless you want to experience your stay and waste your good money like us you are welcome

ALERT* *Hornbill Guwahati* *Den Of Cheater* MD Shah Rd, PWD Colony, Paltan Bazaar, Guwahati, Assam 781008 Worst Hotel in the World Ever Visited. I would urge all of you be alert before you give a booking to this hotel. The compete hotel management is fraud you have no basic service. You guest would in hell. Only 10 rooms in the hotel has towels rest does not have and owners knows the same. But not at all bothered and most threatening part was no one is bothered so think twice before you choose this hotel. Rather u cancel ur booking bit never choose for this hotel.

Plz don't make any online booking for this hotel. He even don't shows up the rooms before. I made a booking for 29th sept2020. Via Goibgo. As I went to hotel first of all there was no one at entrance or reception to guide us to (there was one more person waiting for check in).. then after half an hour the owner came and when I asked his to show the room he refused and asked to show us the booking first. After checking the bookings he totally refused for allowing to check in. He also denied to talk to goibgo and told us that he is not allowing us for check in at this rate and bullied that what can u do. After a wait of 1hr and seeing the behavior of owner I cancelled my booking and moved to another. this is totally ridiculous. Plz dont book online for this hotel.

Highly over rated Not so much value for money Linen are dirty Reception people are harsh and foul mouthed Food is pathetic Washrooms are poor both in cleanliness and facilities Never ever come to this place. At the same budget you can get many other good place in the city

U am a frequent traveller and has stayed in many good and bad hotel with executive and budget hotels since last 20 years . For the first time I had ever experiences a terrible life exp for worst hotel . The staffs were non professional even the Manager spoke rudely . I had spoken to the GM over telephone he ensure look at the matter but nothing positive . The rooms were unsafe . Broken toilet accessories Showers not working Very old furniture ( years old) Door lock not working Set top box not available at room . Damaged room with no maintenance. Worst Breakfast with oilly food . Most importantly Cats running at corridoor. Has paid the full amount even for uncomfortable family stay . I am still expecting a Apology from the management for the rude behaviour , Unhygienic Stay & ignorance by staffs . Plz don't stay at Hornbill search something nearby there are many good options too .
