I booked a room through yatra. While booking, there was no information that there will not be complementary breakfast. I got to know that there is no complementary breakfast for us only at the time of check-in (because I booked through yatra) - contrary to what's stated in website. Elevator was stinking + north Indian chat at the restaurant was too spicy + restaurant would provide only packaged drinking water + no gymn. Below average hotel aspiring for 4 star!! Avoid this place. The only positive side: Centrally located

Booked the AC hall for a function. Even though the management knew that the AC units were not working, they allowed the function to start, without even disclosing the fault. Even after it was brought to notice, they wouldn't agree until all the invitees also started taking things into their own hands to get an attention from the management. Totally irresponsible attitude of the Manager and team should be condemned. Even though they knew that the AC units were not working since the previous night, they took no concrete action. They could have provided some fans in the hall which had no ventilation. They failed to understand that the cream of Pathanamthitta town has been put to suffering which will remain a black mark in their minds about Hills Park's reputation.

Location - Only 1km from KSRTC and Private Stand. Heart Of the City. Rooms - Very neat and clean. Feels very luxurious. Bathroom - Clean and hygiene. Includes full dental and bath kits Breakfast - provides buffet with lots of spreads. Staffs - were so Friendly and co operative. Overall...Felt its the best hotel in Pathanamthitta. Really forward to stay here again. Loved it!!

Stayed here when I went to attend a wedding at Omallur A good hotel in a remote area, the hotel appears new and well maintained. Food is average but the rooms neat an clean, Good quality linen. The staff are good and very helpful The best place to stay when at Pathanamthitta

A reasonably nice hotel and possibly the best in the city. Had stayed in this hotel for many times since past 4 years. Good hospitality and nice place to stay. Calm and descent. Hotel staff are so good, especially front office and room service. Food also nice.
