Very worst service of the Hotel, AC was not working only for show up ,The water was falling since last night and was coming on the bed because of which I could not sleep the whole night. When I complained to the staff, they said that the fan is running slowly that's why not cooling properly .after few times it will work but didn't. The towel was torn and useless.

A disgraceful hotel, everything from service to bathrooms and bedroom are filthy bad and dirty. Bedsheets were blood stained and wet, asked for a new one, provided us the wet bedsheets advising that we work like this. Rooms were so smelly like a gutter is opened. Our family booked four rooms and one couple had to go out due to the foul smell in the room and wet sheets. It is not a 3 star hotel so don't fall in the trap. Sleeping on the blood stained sheet and smelly duvet was the worst. Not recommended at all. Also the customer service was zero!

Washrooms- from 1947 details Wooden partition walls from where the voice travels from one room to another and the drunkard people usually misbehave from other side. Soap, Glasses for drinking water, on order. Water on demand. Vintage Air Conditioner that works on single temperature only. TV doesn't have remotes to work. Useless! I don't know why trip advisor is not accepting uploading the photographs!

Grace has always been my preference over the years whenever I visit Ambala for work. The centrally located, it is easily approachable from bus stand and railway station. The rooms are nice and well maintained. They even operate their own kitchen for the last couple of years which is great. Most importantly, it is extremely safe for a solo female traveler like me.

I was in Kaithal last week for my HPCL project. So that my 5 days meeting is condected in this hotel. Hotel location is very good and all staff (Kumaun Regiment) is very kind and good. Food is very testy and yammi. When I come back again to Kaithal then definitely I will stay in this hotel.
