Reception staff ara very much supportive and concierge staffs ara helpful, Restaurant is serving good tasty food and breakfast buffet service ara time to replace!! The room is good size and cool. Clean and hand all facilities . Great experience in defront golden palace

Bright, clean location.. Good food and service. Clean well maintained rooms. Courteous staff. Immediate attention by the staff if you want anything. Away from the crowded town. Silent environment. Ample parking apce too.

Hotel golden palace is a suprise of namakkal. It is in the trichi high way. Huge property lovely parking area with well maintained garden. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice restaurant serving complimentary breakfast and other meals. Stayed for two days very friendly staff and rates are reasonable tariff.

Golden Palace is located within 10 mins drive from Town center / Bus stand & easily accessible. Interiors of the Rooms look clean but Bed sheets, Towels, Toiletries provided could be of better quality... Bathroom was clean & nothing much to complain about. Hotel also has a swimming pool located in the premises which is a great addition. Hotel has couple of small Marriage halls within the premises. You are in for luck if there are no marriages on the day you are staying.... in case there are, then it could turn a little disappointing. It happened when we stayed!! I felt hotel is understaffed to cater to the marriage halls plus to the occupants at the hotel. It takes too long for the staff to attend to your calls in such cases. Coming to the food, it is just about average... There are plenty of options in the town in case you have time & vehicle to roam around. Overall Good place to stay but services could improve!!

This is my second visit to this hotel, as part of ongoing business activities in Namakkal. During my first visit, I did not know what to expect in terms of hospitality from such a small town. I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in deluxe rooms during both my visits. Rooms are spacious with good views of the semi-urban surroundings. The rooms are decently equipped with basic amenities such as TV (faced some technical issues though), fan and AC, coffee maker, dental and other hygiene kits, hot water with a decent overheard shower. They have introduced a swimming pool too now, and have done up the exteriors. They have a gym just next to the pool. They offer relaxing massages and spa treatments for in-house guests, which I found overpriced and mediocre. A 45 min long foot massage was for INR 1200. They have a restaurant, which has good quality, tasty and decently priced food. Breakfast is typically South Indian with all South Indian varieties, right from idli to dosa to sevaiya etc. Service is quick, although language constraints can sometimes become an issue, but nothing major. The hotel is affordable and worth the modest amount of money you spend. The check-in and checkout process is smooth. They can even arrange at auto rickshaw or cab. You have to negotiate and pay on your own. They just arrange it for you. The staff is prompt and cooperative. Hence I absolutely do not agree with some of the negative reviews here. Hotel Golden Palace is my most trusted accomodation preference whenever I'm in Namakkal.
