Bad staff behaviour in night, fully illeterate

I stayed here permanent every 3 months, earlier day n night staff very supportive, but new night staff Abhishek and 1 more with him very bad behaviour and they like illeterate, not recommend this hotel further, if like these staffs work further, they don't know etiquette, and of course they are not interested for hotel development. Wonderful stay in this hotel.cleaning,maintained location is busy main bazar paharganj near New Delhi railway station.Reception staff is very helpfull and coprative specialy Mr Ashraf very helpful.serviceis good. Overall very nice stay

We stayed here 4 nights from 16th Sept.2021 . Room was good but the service was not good . We found one mouse in room called house keeping boy 3 to 4 times for removing out of the room. Service was not upto the standard. Hot water is not coming . In 4 days towel were given only check in date. Staff behaviour is not good.

The place itself is clean and the staff is very helpful. However, it is not possible to reach this place by car. One has to go to small alley to reach it. I wouldn't go there if I was alone. One can call staff to pick them up if they don't feel safe or can't find it.
