April 2024. I feel obliged to say something about this hotel for other customers to know because I think that the installations, the reception staff attention and the room cleaning were really substandard. The only small lift close to our room was terribly noisy. The hotel was in a general state of abandon. The food at the breakfast buffet was not replaced..... there was no fresh fruit at all, but there were three big bowls of olives for you to choose from! and the fruit juices were horrible. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Emre and Zeynep they are so good.I hope se can see them better, They deserve best ,because they are best , they , organize airport transfer for us , and very comfortable for us , and we Will visit that placê , they are wonderfull , amazing, 😍😍😌🥰😘

The Hotel is very nice, the staffs were very friendly. The location is very convenient. We came to Istanbul with our parents and we could actually walk to the major attractions Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia , Grand Bazar. Tram is also very near. We will definitely recommend this hotel if visiting with family.

The hotel room was dirty and there was a sharp item on the bed that caused me body harm. They changed the room. There was rubbish hidden in different draws and the second room was dirty too. They changed the room for the third time on in less than 24 hours but I am now unable to leave the hotel room as the door does not lock and anyone without a key easily enter the room. The manager refuses to speak to me and the receptionist lied to me that the manager would be in yesterday for me to speak to. This is scam as what was shown and sold to me on booking.com is totally different to what I see and have experienced. They have ruined my new year's plans. I expect a full refund and cancellation of the reservation. Please see attached some of the pictures from the dreadful experience this hotel created for us. They ruined our New Year's plans.

I spent 5 days at this hotel with my friends and it was a pleasant experience. the hotel looks very good, and thanks to Dogukan, it was very easy for us to relax. He helped us with everything we needed, he was very kind and guided us, giving us all the necessary information. I recommend this hotel, being positioned right in the center, you are close to all the tourist spots.
