This hotel is not 4 Stars. Firstly and most importantly the staff! Reception was beyond awful. Especially the blond lady with the short hair. Talking Italian with each other and looking at the guests like they hate them. They do, but can you not just do your job?! As a manager in hospitality myself, everything I saw at that reception desk, was unbelievable. They seriously need a lot of education!! Now the cleaning of the rooms..please just remove all these dirt from the toilet. Like seriously !?? They need a lot of work . The only good thing is the location!

Id like to start by saying the only positive on this hotel is the location, firstly we arrived in the room which was extremely hot, we asked for the air connto be put on or if we could have a fan and was told the air con was broke by one member of staff. During our first night my family did not sleep the maximum we got was 3 hours due to the heat, we went down in the middle of the night to be told the heating has to be on all day and night due to it being “winter”, when infact it was 27degrees outside. The shower in the room did not work, we asked if we could move room and was told “there is nothing we can do” we had to use the small hand held shower. Went down to the bar in the evening and waited around ten minutes for a staff member to serve us, approached the reception staff to ask if their is any staff working on the bar to be told “I am unsure let me just check”. I was then waiting a further 20minutes. The staff member who was then working on the bar came to me and was extremely lovely, the only nice member of staff I had experienced when staying in this hotel, he was working delivering all the room service as well as having to serve on the bar on his OWN. I definitely do not recommended staying in this hotel, the staff are not one bit helpful they make up excuses as to why things don’t work and I think this is because they are unsure themselves.

The room temperature was too warm (about 28 c) as the outside temperature was getting warmer. I asked the reception to operate the air conditioner but she told that it couldn’t be turned on as regulated by official laws to disable AC in winter and she could do nothing to solve this. However, she offered a complementary breakfast as the compensation for the inconvenience. But when I went to the restaurant, I was refused as there was no record of this “complementary” breakfast. The restaurant staff asked me to talk with the reception. But the receptionist has already left. So, I met with another receptionist who helps nothing but told me that I can complain to the hotel’s email. I understand the condition of the AC operation, even though I have to open the door all night long to get the air ventilation but the broken promise is really in-tolerated.

I have left a holiday early for the first time in my life after staying at the Glam Hotel Milano. We arrived in early April and found the room extremely warm and the air conditioning unresponsive. When we asked at reception, we were initially told that it was broken. Reception agreed to open our window, however they would not provide us with a fan. After an extremely unpleasant and hot night, we asked again the next day and were told that Italian law prohibited the air conditioning being on until late April. Instead, the hotel had the heating on because “it was winter”. We asked for this to be turned off in our room, which they said it was. When we returned, we again found it extremely warm and were told again that it had unfortunately not been switched off, and that it would be turned off. We went to bed that night hopeful that it would be cooler. We awoke at around 12:30am to find the room once again extremely warm. When asking at reception, we were told that the heating had once again come on in the room. After the room failing to cool again, we changed our flight in the middle of the night and checked out. By this point we had slept barely 3-4 hours across two nights due to the unbearable heat. On telling reception staff that we were unwell due to the heat, we were simply told that the heating was on because “it was winter”. When the weather is 20 degrees outside, this is completely unreasonable and made for an unpleasant stay. We left feeling completely sleep deprived and unwell. Most staff seemed unable to comprehend that we were struggling to even be in the room with the temperature. Furthermore, we seemed to be constantly told different things by different staff about why the hotel was so warm. There is also a light in the room which cannot be turned off for “security”. Although there is a screen in the room, there is still light that seeps into the room. The hotel is actually in a great location, and this is why I didn’t give it 1 star. However, when opening the window in the night the busy square below means that there is constant noise and traffic which can make it hard for even the heaviest sleeper to sleep.

This was really an unpleasant stay in this hotel. First if all, the reception lady's attitude was not very nice, with no smile at all. After going inside the room, we found that they gave us a disable room which we don't need it. Be aware if you get this room especially when you take a shower. Water will go everywhere in the bathroom because the drain is blocked. (The shower room only have shower curtain.) There's no kettle and free bottle water in the room (also no slippers) , air-conditioning system is not working (it's 27 degrees inside the room with no airflow, you can't adjust the temperature or the airflow cause no reaction when you pressed the control buttons). One of my family member's room doesn't have hair dryer. When we called the reception they said they don't have spare ones which is so ridiculous. The only 2 good things about this hotel are the staff working in the restaurant( the 2 stars for the service is given to them) and the location. I would rather choose other hotel nearby Milan central than this, they don't deserve the hotel name cause it's not glam at all. 這間飯店真的很不推薦，千萬不要浪費錢來踩雷。櫃檯服務員態度不佳（女生不好，男生好一點），沒訂傷殘房結果給我們傷殘房，然後房間浴室排水不良，防水台又做很淺，一不注意浴室就會淹水。房間沒有煮水壺，冰箱雖有水但要收費，也沒有提供拖鞋。家人的另一間房間裡面甚至沒有吹風機，跟櫃檯要他們說沒有多的實在是很荒謬。還有床單也沒有很乾淨。然後空調也沒辦法調整，房間很悶熱沒有空氣對流的感覺。這間飯店唯二好的地方是餐廳員工的態度很好(服務的二星是給他們的），還有距離車站近。除此之外沒有了，下次不會再選擇這間飯店！（寄放行李也要收費，一件10歐元如果當天沒有訂房的話）
