I stayed in this hotel on 30 nov 2022...booked on goibibo... This is worst hotel to stay... Very unhygienic and free mosquitoes bite therapy hotel... I felt ill very next day suffered from fever...Never stay in this hotel... This was my Worst experience to stay here...

We stayed at hotel fantacee during our trip to Mumbai. Rooms were good. We had a booking for deluxe room. However they upgraded to Suite without any charges. Staff were very helpful. Foods were excellent and pretty cheap also. It really value for money. All the sight seeing location are also near to the hotel. However, the locker in the room was not working. The hotel is situated within residential area.

Room was too small. Took single AC room from goibibo. They don't have wifi. They said system is down. I still didn't understand what system he was talking about. They don't have a geyser. You have to ask for hot water. That also they don' t give before 7 am.TV remote was not working properly and had english channels only. In short dissatisfied with the experience.

The hotel staff was very good and polite. Room and the attached bathroom was clean and tidy. Hotel is situated at an easy to reach location. I stayed in the single bed air conditioned room, which was quite small. But overall experience was satisfactory. Value for money! I could not find any other hotel providing air conditioned rooms in that available price.
