Excellent stay in the Eleventh @ Exquis

This hotel is in my personal favorite part of Paris, the 11th. It’s my second time staying in this area, first time at this hotel. The hotel is a charming and funny boutique hotel, with very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are small - but this is Paris and they generally are on the smaller side. We had carry on bags so it was not an issue but if you are traveling with full sized suitcases you will need to play some Jenga during your stay haha. Loved the shower, and the toiletries provided. The beds are quite firm, not a bad thing but just a heads up for those who prefer a softer bed. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to a return visit next year.

Lovely stay, great little hotel, staff super every one, good location, some great restaurants right nearby, very comfy and loved the decor and styling. Great breakfast so not sure where an odd negative review came from. Small but perfectly formed room - as expected. It was also very quiet (301) courtyard facing. We will return and recommend Hotel Exquis. Thank you!

For $115 USD you can stay in a small quaint room with cute lighting with a small desk and chair. The walls were very thin so if you're a light sleeper may have issues, intermittently heard screaming. Uncertain if it was within the hotel or outside. When I did pull the comforter open, there was dried blood stained on the inside of the comforter. As I was extremely tired, having traveled all day, I did not report it to staff til the next day. They just said sorry. The shower door did not close, so that caused water to get all over the bathroom floor. The sink which they did not inform me til check out. You have to push on the bottom of the sink to get it to drain. I thought it was just clogged. Overall if you're a heavy sleeper, not super concerned about a little dirtiness, the lighting is super cute and it is a very small room but easily would fit two people. No closet. Plenty of outlets!

We loved our stay here. The rooms are small (as all rooms are in Paris), but very stylish and functional. Cleaning, service and breakfast were all excellent. The price seemed reasonable. The area is great for restaurants.

Amazing hotel in the absolutely best location in Paris. Street is full of restaurants / boulangeries / supermarkets and really cute stores. Easy to walk to Bastille metro and train anywhere in Paris. The rooms are modern, renovated, and very Parisian with a great color scheme. There are lights in the shower, and the hot showers were fantastic. The bed is super comfortable. What sets this hotel apart is the staff - all are very friendly, smiling and willing to assist with anything. I tried to speak French but English was no problem. Refillable water to room. Safe and secure (no bed bugs); Hotel Exquis was a highlight of a beautiful stay in Paris. For the price, this is a highly recommended hotel in Paris in a fantastic area. I will return. Love Hotel Exquis!
