We booked this hotel for 1 night, because we arrived a day earlier in Madrid than we expected. The room was very big, it has a seperate kitchen, sleeping room, bathroom. Although spacious, but not very modern, but not to say old. There is no breakfast provided and unfortenately, the hotel did not have a parking space available for us. So we parked in the surroundings, Plaza Espana was okay (but expensive). The location is very nice!

I stayed 2 night at the hotel for a business trip in January (FITUR 2023) and I liked it. The location close to the metro station and also to close to the greatest boulevard Gran Via, helped a lot! If you want to do shopping it’s the best location because the hotel is close to stores and also a 5 minutes walk from Puerta del Sol. The room I stayed in was equipped with a kitchenette and a large double bed with comfy mattress and pillows. You can sleep well! The kitchenette does not include cutlery or plates or bowls, so just the appliance. If you want to cook something there then you must bring your own tools. Also, the room is equipped with a small fridge and is very useful of course. The bathroom is spacious and was clean! The staff is friendly and it welcomed me with 2 pieces of dark chocolate 70% in the room. Nice gesture. I recommend this hotel for business trips.

I booked this hotel last minute after an unfortunate Airbnb experience. I was really glad to have a place to rest and relax. The kitchenette was nice and the room was comfortable and quiet. The staff were kind as well. The location is perfect - right downtown.

This hotel was a last-minute find and they graciously found a room for me, an exhausted traveler, immediately upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious and well lit. Fair warning that the bed was hard (that was fine for me) and that you should have earplugs as the walls are not soundproof at all.

The outside of the hotel is not nice as what you expect to the other hotels but inside is nice, clean and friendly staff like Lucas, Austina, Alba and Paula. Accessible to everything and safe with the police station on the side
