Personally I would not recommend this hotel for stay. Here are few Pros and Cons of the hotel: Pros: 1. Good location if you are visiting the temple - right on the main road and temple is just 1 km away. 2. Good Meals - certainly do not miss their Madurai meals (its fine also if you don't stay there). 3. Parking - They have good parking space (probably for around 15 cars). Cons: 1. Buffet Breakfast was pretty bad not in terms of taste but on availability. Though you pay but if any items not available means you will not get. 2. Rooms - Untidy, unhygenic, smelly rooms. Looks like some old rooms and not maintained. All rusted pipelines, mirrors. Do not book by different type of rooms. All rooms are same. The difference is only AC and Non-AC. (this I came to know after looking the room). 3. Facilities - no such facilities, TV works only for Tamil channels, Towels you will get only in evening, Hot water from morning 5.30 AM to 9.00 AM, Only tap and no shower in bathroom, No wifi, no express checkin (as mentioned in Agoda). I have to wait for 2 hours to get the room. 4. Booking - Strongly recommend do not book through Agoda, Booking.com, MakemyTrip or any such sites because you will be treated very badly by the staff(not sure why). Better try booking directly through hotel. 5. Language: Don't know Tamil, then do not try to book this hotel. Either staff do not know English or Hindi else they pretend they do not know. 6. Staff: Front desk lady very rude behavior. She will not talk to you if you ask more than 1 or 2 questions. Other staffs like the restaurant manager do not have any ethics. I was having dinner and to get the payments he knocked the door and barged inside the room for payments, as if I am running away from the room. Security is there in parking but car are not safe. Park at your own risk. Overall: not recommended.

Very horrible room Pathetic service whole night and early morning water was not available in bathroom , and some nonsense reasoning they were giving, We couldn’t even do our daily routine . Stations are far better near and hygienic Please do not book the room even for a night. If I could give rating in negative , I would have given the same .

Worst hotel- Blood stained sheets

Booked this hotel based on reviews. No reception response, speak only Tamil. The room was really bad and sheets were blood stained. After explaining many times, they replaced sheets. They were torn too. I don’t recommend this hotel ti anyone.

A lovely place to stay in Madurai. The hotel which is being renovated has some spacious rooms and friendly staff. The bathrooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Morning free breakfast was also excellent.

i am gone to Madurai @ early morning 1.00am 2months later, the rooms are not clean and the service was very very poor, the food in the restaurant was not good.they are only aiming to fill the room without any neatness.the photos are uploading for blaming peoples who are all booked through online.
