The hotel administration and staff are not interested in making guests feel good. A special request for check-in was agreed upon and approved by the hotel in advance on the website, but upon arrival we had to wait first until 12.00 and then another 3 hours to check-in. We also booked a room with a view of the garden and the street, but in the end we got a room with a view of the wall, since there were no others, although we booked a specific one. Also, the hotel did not have bathroom amenities (toothpaste and brush).

One of my worst hotel experiences. I was charged twice by mistake, heard apologies and after one week nobody replies to my emails and I still keep waiting for it to be fixed. The same person at the reception keeps apologizing when I call them but does not give me contact details to the manager. If the manager really was informed this is so disrespectful not to respond. The hotel itself is super small with a thin door to the room, needs refreshment and renovation. For a much lower price it would be fine. The way they treat customers is scandalous though.

The room is big enough to sleep when you travel for visiting Paris. The bathromm is clean and spacious. I can`t say anything about the breakfast because we didn`t choose one. I had a problem with the card pre-authorization because it was done twice and I had to call my bank in order to release the amount of money blocked, but overall the hotel is nice and it has two big advantages - the window view and it is very near to a metro station and at 40 minutes walk from the city center.

Property was very clean, personal friendly and helpful, the area was very safe, the hotel was quiet. In the night was very little traffic, so we could sleep. Other guests did not bother us. The room was equiped with all necesairy- good bed, good pillows, clean every day, changed towells daily. I would come back !

This hotel is fine. It is not great but it is good enough for this price. The room is not very large, but it is enough for the night. The window is not super convenient, but we can at least open it. Moreover, the front desk is very friendly and let me use the socket to charge my phone after picking up my luggage.
