I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Located in the hills above Dharamshala, the hotel is a little tricky to get to but was no problem at all for their excellent recommended taxi driver Karan of Akki Taxi Service. He was excellent throughout and you can be very confident that he will look after you well. We were greeted by one of the staff (I never caught his name but again he was excellent throughout) with chilled mineral water and assistance with our luggage. Check in was with host/owner Govind who introduced us to all facilities. You will see from other reviews stating that Govind can never do enough for you and this is not exaggerated. He was superb. The room was quite basic but very comfortable and provided everything I needed. The bed is large and comfortable and linens were in great condition: crisp and clean. The bathroom was a large wet room and the only inconvenience was you had to put the hot water heater on 20 minutes before showering, which wasn’t a problem as long as you remembered! As well as your room you had access to a common, large balcony area for eating, relaxing and enjoying the view. There we met other residents, mostly long term, who were also very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we weren’t sure what meals we’d take at the hotel beyond breakfast. However having had dinner there the first night we never went anywhere else! We didn’t ask for a menu (there is one and it’s extensive but I didn’t look until just prior to leaving), just went with whatever Indian food was recommended. It was uniformly delicious. We ate in the common area which was perfect for our needs. Breakfast we took the English breakfast option with some interesting Indian additions and again very good. Sausages weren’t exactly as per English tastes but I haven’t had better in India. Bacon and eggs spot on. We wanted beers and even though there wasn’t a bar we had them in about an hour, and these remained available throughout our stay. As previously stated Govind can sort anything out for you! WiFi was excellent. Reliable and quick. Value for money was first rate. But probably the most notable aspect of this hotel was the warmth and service from the owner and his team. If you are in Dharamshala look no further. Highly recommended.

It’s been a wonderful stay at this place.The rooms are very good, I stayed in super deluxe room. It has all the amenities and well ventilated. Balcony view was just awesome.Bathroom was quite spacious and clean. Talking about the food:: Restaurant is multicusine and all the items i tried were very good. In particular I recommend Poha, aloo pyaaz parantha, Kadhai paneer and dal makhni. Besides all of above hotel owner is a gem of a person.Polite, extremely helpful and listens to any feedback/queries carefully. I strongly recommend this place

Good hospitality and decent food. Room aesthetics were well maintained. Location being perfect gives a portrait view of the Dhauladhar mountains. Recommended for couples to check in and spend some peacetime.

Excellent experience of staying over there. Very co-operative, kind and humble staff and manager. Rooms are quite specious and clean. Food was tasty and they maintain proper hygiene everywhere in the hotel. It has lovely interior.
