This hotel is advertised as 3* but is barely 2. It's very shabby and in need of refurbishment. A child had drawn on the walls of my room, clearly quite some time ago, but no attempt had been made to clean it off or repaint. The shower tap was broken, though it did function. It's not clean: the bin hadn't even been emptied after the previous guests. Worst, however, was the noise the staff made all night. They were banging around (goodness knows doing what) and talking loudly to each other, totally oblivious of the fact that people were trying to sleep. I hardly slept at all.

The hotel was depressing as soon as we walked up the stairs to our room. It is pretty horrid, it’s not been looked after and is dirty and nasty. The room ceiling was all grey with damp and the walls full of dirty marks, it all needs painting. The tall window with brown blind is absolutely filthy when you pull away the blind. The toilet hasn’t been cleaned properly in years. No toilet roll, a battered water jug, old broken fittings in the bathroom, it really looks like no one has cared about it for years.

Housekeeping service is very nice specially thanks to miners and Narayan manager on floor to take care of our stay .food was very amazing. Thank you pride for well service provide during my stay.room was vey clean

Shoddy hotel, rotten management. Rooms are cold, breakfast is cold white toast, Sheets are dirty, management overcharges and is rude. The experience was awful. Please, if you value your life, your comfort, and your sanity, steer clear of this nightmare

People who are sitting in front desk don't know how to deal with guest's and there is no proper drinking water facilities.. There is no proper dining area in this hotel..we need to use very next hotel's dining area as our breakfast hub
