I recently stayed at Hotel Delhi 55, conveniently located near New Delhi Railway Station, approximately 700 meters away. The hotel serves as a suitable choice for transit passengers. The rooms are well-maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment with all the essential amenities. The in-house food facility adds to the convenience of the stay. I particularly appreciated the assistance and guest-friendly attitude of the front office executive, Mr. Anmol, who made my experience even more pleasant.

I stayed in Delhi 55 in September 2022, front office staff are making false promises (Mr. JYOTI) i requested him to give me final bill in two parts, 1 night stay separate and rest 4 night bill separate, and he assured me, that he will do this at check out time and i remind him every morning and every evening to split my bill into 2 parts, and again he keep telling me APP TENSION KYU LEETE HO, HO JAYEGA. but at checkout time the man hide some were and the lady and the gentle man at the front desk straight away refused to split my bill, as their was nothing wrong in it. No senior manager came forward to resolve my billing issue. Room Service was also took ages to deliver you order, after reminding them 3-4 times. Really disappointed with the staff behavior and bad attitude. One Gentle man GIRISH took my email id and my contact number and assured me that he will mail me the bills in 02 parts. but after 15 days no phone call or mail received from their side... They all are LIARS and BUNCH OF UN-PROFESSIONALS....

Very dirty and full of bedbugs

I originally booked City Empire but when I got there to check in they said they couldn’t take any guests because of a license problem so I could stay in their other hotel Delhi 55, upon my arrival at Delhi 55 I looked in a very poor state I asked to see the rooms which were non of them nice. I asked for the WiFi code so that I could book somewhere else to which I was told you only get WiFi once you’ve checked in. So I checked in as I couldn’t book anywhere without internet. I got back to my room about 9pm I noticed a couple of little brown crawlers on the bed but didn’t hunk much of it, until 2 turned to about 15 after sometime I zoomed in and saw it to be a bedbug! I hate anything like that now the time is about 12.30 and I had told myself I’ll just stay awake and not sleep in or on the bed I was seriously freaked out as there were more and more turning up! At 4.30 I went to reception and brought a guy to The room he said he would change rooms to which I did although I dot see any I slept fully clothed on the bed for approx 2 hours and couldn’t wait to check out! Never ever again would I stay in that place broken dirty furniture and of course the bedbugs!

Thanks for Delhi 55 room was good and perfect staff very helpful location was great . Took was specious and decent . Staff very friendly. Free wife with good speed . Food was good and tasty . Close to market .

Stayed for 2 night with friends .. stay was very comfortable. Room was neat and clean .. staff very helpful. Hotel provide us a good services. Location is perfect on main road . They have free wifi with good speed . Our stay was good . Ok
