i stayed for 4 nights march 23 - march 26. i was shifted to 3 rooms. and yet did not clear the issue. first room - AC did not work and in this summer with child. we couldnt sleep peacefully. second room - it was smelling, so i stepped out in 5 mins. third room - hotel staffs were staying above the room, they kept making noise, repeatedly. i complained 7 times and yet they did not stop. i hardly slept for 3 hrs that night. next day, i just got a standard corporate reply from the manager 'sorry for the inconvenice caused' honestly, i have travelled a lot but never ever faced such issues.. i want to give 0 stars but thats not showing up, so forced to give 1 star.....

Huge rooms with all facilities. Location of the Hotel is good but seems to be hidden. It is in a small lane and again in a lane . Such a beautiful place should have a name displayed in such a way that it can be seen from a distance. Very good sumptuous breakfast

There is nothing to like about the property rather these are fraud goons who charge you money for your complete stay in advance and if you checkout before they never return your money. It all started from Day 1 When my breakfast was included and they said your breakfast is not included and needs to pay. Later they realised it's included. Booking from from 04th to 09th March 2024 I informed them on 06th March I have to checkout tomorrow 07 th March and leave for Chennai. As they have 48 hours policy. But once I reached for checkout on 07th March. They said cannot refund. Too my surprise they even didn't marked me as checkout and I received messages on WhatsApp mentioning that what time I will be checking out on 09th March 2023. Though I checked out on 07th March and I was in Chennai. Initially I thought of avoiding a review but looking at the WhatsApp Message on 09th where they mentioned “Good afternoon Sir, As per the reservation today is your check out date, May I know the expected time of Check Out.” And above I received it on 09th March after checking out on 07th March 2024
