The hotel's service and friendliness were outstanding. They cared after us admirably at all times. The food in this hotel was also quite good. This is a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Dalhousie. We had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would want to express our gratitude to everyone involved. Thank you especially to Topy Bhai, who looked after our group from the start to the finish of the journey (Kasol-Manali-Dharamshala-Dalhousie-Amritsar). It was surely a home away from home for us. The owners and the staff were so delightful to talk to. Market is near so it's easy to get anything. This hotel is the mid point for all the local attractions. Loved the vibe here!

I am a travel blogger and I stay at many hotels. I have visited Dalhousie before also but this time I stayed in this hotel. I must say, I made the best choice. I was reluctant to book it after seeing the previous reviews but I realised that this Hotel has definitely taken the criticism positively. The service was up to the mark and food was delicious. I am not a non-veg eater but they do have decent options to meet your needs. The bedding was very clean. Did not find any issues there. Location is near the local market so whatever you need is just 2 minutes away. All the sightseeing places are very near to this place. Even during snowfall, this hotel is the best property in the area that does not get blocked. I would totally recommend you to stay. Trust me. You will not regret this. You can blindly ignore the negative reviews. This Hotel has definitely pulled up to really nice standards. I am definitely coming here in the Summers.LOVE IT!

We spent one night at this Hotel and we thank god that we got rooms here. It was snowing heavily and all the roads were blocked but this Hotel was the only good hotel that was in the area. It is in the starting of Dalhousie only and near to all the main attractions. Staff especially Mr. Shyam and Mr. Rinku were so helpful. They arranged all the tours for us. My husband got sick and the staff helped us out in bringing us the medicines, milk, warm water from time to time. I have been to many places but such warm hospitality is something that needs to be appreciated here. I would totally recommend you to stay here. You wont regret a bit!

It was a last minute booking for me, when almost everything was sold out, so didn’t have an option. Not clean, heater is charged extra. All night there were noises, not peaceful. Budget hotel. Service staff is good and helpful.
