Staff is rude and annoying. Booked for a party, charged us more then agreed for . Did not even provide the bill. there were other customers arguing for the same reason. Spoilt the fun.Will never repeat the place.

Its a very bad experience. I celebrated my son's birthday party. Mr. Vinod Rajput so called manger of the hotel not at all trustworthy whtevr he has commited nothing has been fulfilled at the time of party. Each n every thing was worst whether there attendents, food n even photographer which he insisted us to hire not the one which v hv booked. He made our experiance evn more worst as dere so called photographer didnt evn clicked pictures n also pics taken by our cellphns r evn much betr den by dere so called professionals.n dat manager mr vinod has made to wait for 4 months since 10 april 2019 n keep on convincing i ll do smthing Nw he is again like i hvnt commited anything. Once they get payment no one bother whtever ur emotions with particular event..... Worst people.... Worst experiance.... N worst hotel

I came to this place in good friday extended weeknd. I found this place worth while. I got room no 203 in 2500 /- including bf per night. Bed is good. Rooom is clean. Washroom clean. All basic tioleteries available. 2Towels were there. Service was also good. Articularly pradeep is very humble n good. I recommens this place.

Pros: Good location, centre of the market. Most attractions like rock garden , Sector 17 market etc can be reached within 15 mins drive Lots of food joints in walking distance including Sreerathnam, Domino's, Burger King etc Cons: 1. Staff is unwelcoming. Won't even care to great you. 2. If you ask for any supplies like tea sachet or quilt, be ready to answer the series if questions from staff as to why you need it and why can't you ask for all if them at once In all the staff is not very friendly, though they will try to accommodate if you push them enough. 3. Property is poorly maintained. Leaking air conditioners, torn off wall papers, loads of dust (no cleaning done, it seems) 4. Immense stink of ciggaretes and old moist damp furnishings 5. "Small rooms" are REALLY small. If you have to stay here, go in for bigger room. Though you might get other options at that price point. Neutral: Breakfast is average. We were served Parathas, curd, bananas, corn flakes and sandwiches.

We stayed in this hotel for 2days. Room was nice, well maintained. They provide tea/coffee sachets. There was some drainage problem in d bathroom n water kept collecting, other than that had no issue with d bathroom,shower was good. Rooms have very bad sound insulation, could hear traffic all night long, very disturbed sleep. Breakfast options were limited. Strictly budget friendly option only.
