This is an average hotel within walking distance of the temple. The crews were very helpful to serve us. They do have a parking area. We had dinner and lunch near the hotels (Kaveri and Balaji restaurant that provides veg food). If you are going to the temple, try to avoid the weekend (big crowd). Temple opens around 5 am, so try to go early. Go temple first then have breakfast ..

Stayed in this wonderful hotel for 2 nights... Had a great experience.. clean atmosphere, ambience, very near to restaurants and temple.. so I recommend this place for stay if you want a quote darshan

Hello manager Gopal of this hotel, here is our review of our stay at Chitra Park. We occupied 2 triple AC rooms on June 14. The triple rooms were spacious. But one of the rooms had a non functioning AC that they didn't check before us occupying. The bed was not clean and still sandy from the previous user, probably. Since we occupied at night, we directly slept only to wake up sweating at 1am. After calling reception from our mobile phone (because the telephone in the room was also non functional), they tried to fix the ac for an hour. After realizing it's not possible, they shifted us to another room in the second floor around 2:30am. Our sleep disturbed, our luggage repacked at 2am, our family of 4 relocated. After the change there were 2 power cuts in the room as well. During checkout, when we tried to explain our situation for a compensation to 'Gopal', a supposed manager at the hotel, he hung up the phone on us. For future users of the hotel: Please check before you occupy your rooms in Chitra Park for- 1. is the telephone working? 2. Are the beds sandy? 3. Is the AC working (room 307) 4. Do the bathroom locks work? Hope this was useful for future users.

I went this hotel at sep 10 in2021.with my family there in a front office one terrible lady there. We went lockdown time there is no rush in hotel. We booked alredy non a/c room.But she told lie non a/c room not available and she compelling to book a/c room with extra cost. But one man told all rooms are available u don't worry. But that lady money minded forcing me to book a/c room with over cost. Why they doing like this. we are farmers middle class family background. Cheater lady. Cheater hotel. Money minded.

I used to visit thiruchendur temple very frequently, i used to stay in different lodging ( I dont want to disclose her). This is the first time i stayed here, i was completely satisfied with their service. friendly approach, cleanliness was good enough. My feedback for improvement is provide additional water bottle, there were little smell around the corridor and bathroom. apart this i am happy to visit again. i could 4 out of 5 .
