Rooms are neat and clean. They are well furnished. Maintenance is good. Room service is also good. Parking area is limited. Restaurant is good and food is tasty. The location is convenient and good for business visitors. Overall it is a good choice.

Although the rooms are not bad the hotel is very old and most of their amenities are of some past generation. Front desk staff especially Mr Saiyad are extremely rude with the customers and want to take out their frustrations on people who pay them.

Visited with family in December. Location wise, the hotel stands at a great place. It is in very close proximity to Law garden market and Riverside. The infrastructure of the hotel is great. They have furnished each room with amazing amenities and facilities. Our room had a spacious bed, wardrobe, sofa and even a table where I could work upon my laptop. It seems that the entire hotel follows a theme of grey colour since the furnishings in the room were in that shade, along with almost every other place in the hotel, including the clothing of the staff. Their a-la-carte menu is priced a bit on the higher side but their buffet breakfast was great with many options and the quality and flavours of the food were nice. The one thing that irked me about this place was the level of friendliness shown by the staff. The receptionist was NOT a friendly man. There was no glimmer of a smile on him on any of the 3 days we stayed here. Asking a question seemed to be a way of disturbing them. You would expect a hotel staff to be courteous and welcoming but there was no such inclination on their part to show any such behaviour. The staff in the dining hall was equally cold and seemed a bit clueless about how to make their guests feel welcome. It was only after the second night, when we tipped them for our stay, did they start asking us willingly if they can offer us anything. Call it an instinct or maybe the high levels of courtesy set by the staff of Click hotels in Junagadh, that I totally felt bummed by the lack of welcome at this hotel. Another thing that seemed odd was the design of the bathroom. The entrance door opens at the centre, with the bathing area on the left and the flush on the right. The door had frosted glass on it and I feel that it was pretty inappropriate. We had to check out early in the morning at 7 AM and they did not have staff to carry down the luggage, except for a guy who was preparing our sandwiches. In the time that he would have come up, I carried all my stuff on my own down the elevator. Bottom line - Not that you will not like your stay here because of the above points but it is just something to watch out for!
