A nice hotel right at the mall just across the lift. Unfortunately the hotel does not have balconies because of the monkeys running around the mall and buildings. The hotel has good staff and they are prompt when called upon for any service. The food is good. They have a lift in the building which does lead you to the 7 floor which has ample seating areas and the terrace.

Nice hotel , located right on the mall so very convenience in case you don't like much climbing.It has Nice restaurants nearly like combermere SOL, Pyramid (with a live band).Hotel staff, housekeeping, restaurant all are very good.Only point I didn't like was their rigidity about late checkout.We checked in around 4pm on 20th may and left on 23rd may but were told to leave room by 11:30am while our train was at 5:40pm.

Excellent stay. Must recommend to you all !!! Value for Money !!! Rating 5 out of 5 Scale. Hotel Bridge View Premium Shimla GM / SPOC Mr. Thakur and all staffs are very humble and very cooperative. We stayed at the resort from 24th Dec 2022 till 26th Dec 2022. The view from the hotel room is awesome, the rooms are large and very clean with all amenities, the food is very tasty / delicious with various types and the service of the staff is just stellar. Shimla Himachal Tourism Lift, ATMs, Mall road market, Church etc. are just besides the hotel. Would strongly recommend you all staying here when you travel to Shimla..

There are better hotels available on Mall Road in same budget. Family room we stayed in was stinky. Couldn’t get refreshed even after spraying room freshener. No extra facilities inside room like tea/coffee maker. Food was good. Wi-Fi was terrible.
