WORST AND HORRIFYING EXP OF A LIFETIME TO REMEMBER

The rooms are extremely small like a capsule The toilets and bathrooms cannot even fit a single person .I stayed there from 6th of May to 10th of May . The attitude shown by Indian staff [ especially the lady who stands to check your keys for having breakfast] will show a lot of attitude towards Indians .The Indian food is very bad and the plates were not cleaned .The hotel is having lot of tie ups with lot of Indian agents, if you have selected complimentary breakfast option they give you it for 2 days and then say it's not there . I have stayed in atleast a 100 hotels in India and abroad but has never had an horrifying and unpleasant experience like this .watch out for their Indian staffs ,they treat you as if you are there to live on thie mercy . The staff was very friendly and considerate customer service. Facility well maintained. Convenient location to train and bus stations and shops and restaurants. Comfortable leisure floor for smoking and leisure with gym and swimming pool facilities.

We arrived early at the hotel at around 7:00 am because our flight arrived at Changi airport at 6:00 am. Since our check in was at 3:00 pm, we were really unsure what to do, especially since kids were tired. Amirul at the reception allowed us to check in early!!! Full 7 hours early!! Imagine our relief. This sort of consideration and care is what will remain etched about Hotel Boss. Rooms were good. Since there were 2 USB wall sockets, charging our phones were easy - did not require plugs!!! Morning buffet was excellent!!! The hotel has clock work efficiency and we found our rooms perfectly clean, beds well made, bathrooms replenished with toiletries and towels. And they provided us with extra water bottles on request at no additional charge! As the hotel was close to Mustafa market, Indians will find a lot of Indian restaurants within a five minute walk. A nice swimming pool and gym too. Swimming pool showers were an d bit difficult to locate as and it would be good to mark them properly. TV had YouTube and a few English programs. Wi Fi was pretty good. Overall a great experience and I recommend hotel Boss.

I was disappointed with the service given by hotel boss for my ROM. Which my fiancé and in laws are staying in the hotel. Prior to the stay I went to the hotel to make a reservation for 3 rooms, the front desk personnel had talk to me loudly and thinking that she is like my boss. The was impatient and rude. On the day we check in around 3pm the blanket cover was dirty and we request just to blanket cover to change and we went out for our dinner. To our surprise when we are back around 10pm. The bedsheet cover was not change. Went we went to the front desk to request the blanket cover to be changed the front desk manager said no need to change give two towels will do without checking what happen. I’m only request for blanket cover to be change is it very difficult? I didn’t ask to redo the cleaning of the room. Even the 2 towels which she mentioned also never appear to our room. The blanket cover was ultimately change on the second day. In Agoda they are rated as 4 stars but the service is like budget hotel and the hotel guests are treated sub-standard. Initially I was thinking of coming back with my spouse for our honeymoon next year but nope. Not worth the money we paid for. Please take note. Attached is the photo of the blanket cover.
