The most fantastic staff I have ever met and we have travelled to 5* hotels round the world but this puts them to shame. Room was beautiful and clean just magical we had the honeymoon suite even though we have been married 45 years.

This is a well-appointed little place in a good jumping off place for The Bosphorus. Staff are exceedingly helpful. Rooms are very neat and clean. It's very warm inside even on cold days. It's very close to Yildiz Park and lots of cafes. This is a strong recommendation.

Bellezza completely met my expectations - its small, nice and clean butique hotel in quiet area of busy Ortaköy. Staff absolutely exceeded my expectations as they were ready to help any time in very polite manner. One thind I would suggest management to work on is breakfast as it is same every day. They could vary scrambled eggs with boiled or fried :) as when you stay for more then 2 days having same breakfast every day is a bit boring :) rather than that all was perfect

Stayed 3 nights. Beautiful room, marble floors, great shower, kettle which was great, hair dryer L, quiet and very clean. Great doona for the bed. Good air conditioning. Good blockout daylight curtains but the bathroom could do with better lighting (hard for makeup applying). On a steep hill up from the main street. Not close to restaurants or market shops for Cola etc. Buy beforehand. Fridge is stocked with water though and it's available from the breakfast area. Taxi uphill will cost about 7 TL and there are plenty. I got more acquainted the longer I stayed. Great that rooms are non smoking (balconies are not the full size type) but you can sit out the front for that and fresh air. I would stay again. Families do too.

I went to Istanbul for 1 night to take pictures at a wedding. The hotel was booked by the bride for me, so I didn't know at all what to expect. It's a small, cute hotel with not many rooms (I think).The room wasn't big, but enough for my needs. It was very, very clean, so was the bathroom. The guy at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, and he didn't stop to offer free Cappucino :-) Location is very good, just a short walk and you are in the middle of the action. On the other hand, it is a very quiet hotel. They offer free Wifi, and it is quite stable and fast in all the areas of the hotel I went to. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and no buffett, but quality was excellent. This hotel is surely a recommendation if you visit Istanbul!
