boy on the front desk was nice guy and gave us a good corner room in the front,overall average hotel with good location and a spacious car parking.no complaints but don,t expect ultra clean hotel, Good for one night stay,staff is very nice and helpful

Hotel good comfortable Dinner was excellent Breakfast was delayed alacart Will stay at hotel again only under surcumstances. This was not my choice but anyway it was okay. Hiccup with breakfast as certain items are seperately chargeable.

We stayed there for two days in a deluxe room which was suitable for a couple, so if you are traveling with family go for a bigger room. Room was neat & clean, equipped with adequate furniture, had a television with satellite connection. Bathroom was clean and had a hot water geyser. It just remains wet mostly. Plus point was, the room heater, which came in handy as we visited in winters. Room service was good too! Overall experience in this hotel was good! Restaurent was good too. We enjoyed all the meals. Only drawback we had was that the bed was pretty hard to sleep on. Hotel is based in Vrindavan & on main road, which is another plus because maximum number of temples are situated nearby like, ISKON, Pagal Baba, Rangji, Nidhivan, Lotus, Prem Mandir and a few more. And autos& E-Rickshaws were “always” available from hotel. Traveling in Vrindavan is recommended by E-Rickshaws, they are cheap and easy. Beware of monkeys, they are literally everywhere! All the temples had monkeys apart from Janmabhoomi, Prem Mandir & Iskon. They snatch everything & anything from your specs, glasses, caps to mobile phones. If you plan to visit Mathura-Vrindavan, I would recommend you to stay on Vrindavan as it has more temples and easy travel. However its very easy to do to and fro from Mathura to Vrindavan.

The hotel isn't much really. I found the beds very hard and was disappointed there wasn't a safe in the room. It was quiet enough. The staff were OK but were always looking for a tip. What really got me was a couple of things. First, they couldn't take a credit card from a foreigner. Second, when I did go to check out, suddenly there was an extra charge of 800 rupees, supposedly for tax, which they had already added on before hand when they told me to room was 800 rupees less. I think the 800 rupees went to the front desk staff. After that, as I was leaving, one of the security people opened my taxi door to let me in and then wouldn't close the door until i gave him tip. Other staff were similar in wanting a tip for everything they did. They only reason I stayed was because they were close to the Neem Karoli Baba temple, but next time I'll take a tuktuk and stay elsewhere. Westerners beware of this place!!!

This is good hotel at cheap price.rooms are too big.best to stay in vrindavan.near to city and get two rooms at 1600 rs only.you have to take food from outside and get snacks only at hotel.i lobe to stay here.
