Same here I booked true Swaminarayan mandir as they running out of their guest house… found dirty pillows ,bedsheets, tiny space bad order every where no wifi tv channels most of them not paid… so my children forced by watching news channels through out day… Owner is talkative most of the time he shows his dramatic innocence but it doesn’t workout…

Worst worst worst hotel to stay. Photos they have showed are just to attract people. This hotel is situated in one of village type area. Not for family. I'll never recommend anyone to stay there. I had booked this hotel from booking.com. Hotel staff illiterate and me to call booking.com for confirmation he even knew that online site already confirmed the booking.

Unfortunately booked this hotel to stay during my visit to Varanasi on second week of this month. It was an horrible experience, room, bath room are not cleaned, old, dirty bed sheets are given, leakage in bathroom fittings and hazards electricity connections and fittings. Staff also rude and totally it was horrible experience. Never suggest this hotel.

I booked this hotel as my flight was early morning from Babatpur Airport. Hotel is centrally located and about 1.5 kms from Shri Vishwanath Temple. Taxi stand is in front of Hotel. Services are below average and manager is bit rude. In all stay without utilizing any room services, will result in a great experience.
