One of the worst hotel i have ever been. The manager is so rude whith poor communication,room is so tiny & far from center. Upon arrival hotel charge more price or search for new hotel. Hotel is so dirty......................,,,,,,,,,,,..

Hotel B Square is the kind of place you somehow struggle to write a review on. It is one of dozens similar hotels in Paris. Probably a former residential building turned into a hotel it shows all positive and negative features of many Paris hotels, designed to accommodate tourists who will just stay and forget. On the positive side location in the Batignolles area of the 17th district is very good. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the neighboring Rue des Dames. Close to bus stops and the Rome metro station. 20 minutes away from Champs Elysées. Rooms are clean and quiet but decoration efforts have been non-existent. Everything is basic. No amenity (e.g. coffee machine, bottle of water, ...) that would give a plus to the hotel. On the negative side rooms are - even by Paris standards - very small. 10 to 12 square meters maximum. Our room (number 201) was looking over a bleak and decrepit internal patio. No street view. Service is limited to the minimum: only front desk employees with limited hotel service skills (hiring hotel professionals is very difficult in France). Breakfast is served in a blind room in the underground where tables are very close to each other. Fortunately early on an end of September Sunday morning there were not many people at breakfast. Although breakfast room illumination is OK this is quite a depressing setting to start the day. I neither recommend nor discourage the stay at B Square Hotel. It is a really unremarkable hotel. You can probably find other similar places in Paris with nicer features but maybe a bit more expensive. I selected B Square Hotel based on location and price (155 € which may look terribly expensive for what I described but which is reasonable for Paris). I rated the hotel average with a neutral opinion.

I had a pleasant stay, the hotel have a good location and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately the room wasn't equipped with wifi, the mattress ruined my back and the toilet wasn't flushing well. it is a medium hotel.

I always stay in this nice hotel since 10 years. The staff is very helpful, the locations is very good, the hotel is very charming. Small restaurants and bakery is close. The metro station is 5 minutes.

We booked a family room which is located next to the reception which means it can be noisy from the street noise and people’s voices come in and out of the hotel. The room itself is okay. it has big bathroom and the toilet. The fridge in the room is not working. The housekeeper didn’t replenish the toiletries properly, we had to ask for it every day, either tissue box or towels or something else. Plus the room was not clean properly. We could see the dust and dirt on the floor. Would not recommend this hotel.
