We got an amazing room with a private hot tub on our patio. The food and Josef made it the best!!

The hotel was clean and so accommodating! The front desk help, Josef, was amazing! He helped us out so much during our stay! Would def stay again! Hopefully during the summer next time! We had breakfast and the food options were fresh and satisfying! The coffee was great! Beautiful hotel!

Matthew made the hotel special👍🏼 Hotel was lovely, nice pool, nice rooms- but Matthew (worked on reception) made our holiday amazing👍🏼 From the minute we walked in the door he made us feel welcome! Very professional, and enjoyed what he was doing. Hotel was 5/5 well done everyone👍🏼

The worst hotel I have ever seen. I do not recommend this messy hotel. If you want to stay in the jungle, choose this hotel, but if you want to have to stay in a nice place, do not come here. Everything about this hotel is bad.

Stayed here for two nights when visiting Prague. The hotel is located a bit outside the city, but they offer a free transfer with a van to the middle of the city. The transfer doesn’t drive back later than 5PM, but if you want to stay in the city until later, you can get the metro and bus back (which takes about 30-40 minutes and is very easy - someone at reception explained how to get back and we had no issues with it). The guy that helped us at the reception was incredibly friendly and was great help to us. Unfortunately, there was no aircon or ventilator in the rooms which made the rooms very hot, especially in summer. We opened the windows, but it’s quite loud outside due to a huge shopping mall/industrial surroundings. We stayed in a room that was supposed to fit 3 people, but the third bed was a chair transformed into a bed. Which usually isn’t a big problem for me, but the “mattress” was literally two of the cushions of the chair. I asked for an extra mattress on top as the gap between the two cushions was very uncomfortable - and the lady didn’t seem very eager to get me one because she told me “there are no extra mattresses”. When I told her I’d go to the reception to ask them myself, suddenly it was possible but she seemed really annoyed at me. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice and fresh items available. We didn’t use the pool during our stay but it looked really great!

Nice place for short stay , breakfast is good, play area and swimming pool is there. Its not at the central place, out of city , near to airport (30minutes with less traffic ). Rooms are ok not too small nor too big. Altogether nice place to stay.
