The Stay from 2nd Oct to 5th Oct 2023 with the hotel was terrible due to the followings 1. Their break fast policy. They have fixed up a rate of Rs 150 per person. The first day they did not charge anything for the breakfast. However on the second day for the same break fast which I took on the first day they charged me giving all kind of explanation that I had exceeded the alloted limit. I had an unnecessary heated argument on the same. They have never mentioned anywhere during the booking that breakfast is limited to Rs 150 and they have neither provided with any breakup of the prices as well. If I knew this I would have never booked with them. They are absolutely cheater who would like to cheat their customers. 2. Secondly the toilet seat cover was completely broken and they never bothered to replace or repair it. 3. Thirdly the shower in the wash room was not working properly atall and they never bothered to repair it. 4. They initially provided with a faulty remote which they replaced upon my request To conclude I request the owner Mr. Dhanraj Singh to critically into the operation of the hotel so that other guest does not suffer like me. For me I will never ever stay with this hotel.

We travel a lot and hence have seen lots of accommodation. Take this review on face value. Reviews as yet seem inflated and the property is best avoided. Hygiene and sanitation standards of the property are extremely poor.

Bed not made at time of check in

A very average hotel. When i checked in and saw the state of the bed, i understood that they had not changed the bedsheets. I even hace a picture of hair on newly made bed. So if you have to stay in this hotel, just make sure to have the bed made in front of your eyes.

I had a 5D/4N stay in this hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean, comfortably equipped with modern amenities. Staff are friendly and always happy to help, especially #Subhas, such a nice guy- anytime he was at service. Professionalism of the entire crew is much appreciated but what impressed me the most was the warmth with which the wonderful lady at the reception would call me every day and so politely would enquire about my wellbeing. I had a great stay. This hotel is almost at the heart of the city and is reasonably priced so is highly recommended.
