Hotel AM is in a perfect location - we could walk to most places including the Opera House and most museums. It is convenient for a number of metro stations including the S7 train from the airport. The views from the hotel are wonderful: the bedroom is quiet, clean and comfortable, the breakfasts are superb and you will also enjoy coffee and cake if you return to the hotel late afternoon. Ideal for couples, we will definitely stay here again if we return to Vienna.

Very nice hotel with beautiful view from balcony. Service was excellent. Location is very good, tram service is few steps from hotel. U Bahn station is near by. And city centre on casually walking distance. If coming back to Vienna definitely going back.

The staff here is amazing. Everyone was so helpful. The room had a beautiful view, the beds comfortable, even with the furniture a little outdated it gave you an old European feel. And it was so quite. We never heard a door slam or people rolling their suitcases down the hall. The location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance, and all the tourist attractions easy to get to as well as feeling very safe even late at night. If there was one thing I think they could do, is include breakfast, but maybe that's a Venetian thing. Id like to give a shout out to the young Croatian doorman who went above and beyond. We'd stay here again if we came back.

We have stayed here three times now and I provided an earlier review last year. This hotel is an excellent location for a short break in Vienna with stunning views over the city at a height far above the traffic, guaranteeing a quiet night's sleep. It was good to see that the restaurant was now open for breakfast and the provision of afternoon cake and coffee was extremely welcome after a few hours sightseeing. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will be back.
