I chose this place because of ease transportation. It it located very near to bus stand. Rooms are good in condition with good amenities. They even provided air port transfer but after talking to management. Food was good and can order from outside also. Room service was in time.

Got here and checked in at 7am which they were fine with but didn't mention that that's also the time we have to check out at! Got awoken at 7 am the next day to banging on the door and being demanded to leave! Asked for the WiFi and on the 5th time of asking finally got it! But he wouldn't allow me the password he did it on my phone. The rooms were dirty and damp we also asked for toilet roll and a towel and 6hrs later it appeared. Very rude reception plus although near train and bus hubs very bad area!

Locality and surroundings will not be acceptable to a customer who looks for quality.This hotel is for those who are not willing to pay up.Certain facilities in my room,like geyser were not even in working condition.

Room is ok, there is no internet in the room at all. Their thing is that they will try their best to charge you more! Had to wait 40 min to get into the room after that, we called in advanve ti reserve a room for 750, arriving there the price went from 750 to 1000 from "taxes", we started quesrioning and the price went to 900. There is a paper in the desk that says 4% taxes. 4% of 750 is 30. They wantee 800, finally agreed in 780. So they ask for "deposit fee", they took 1000 and said they would give us our change back next day, next day we had to leave in the morning and they didnt even mention they deposit fee, we had to ask for it and our change was not there. Just another staff in a bad mood that had to give us all his small change, and it wasnt enough. As I said, there is no internet at all in the room, only at reception, and the hot water was not working.

Clean rooms and clean shared bathroom. The reception told me that wifi was available in the room but it wasn't the case. He also told that someone was coming to fix that but when I asked after, he said it was Sunday so no one could fix it. Same as the previous review. Not pleasant at all for a last day in India.
