Wasn't happy. Booked it because it advertised a fun family area with a pool. When we got there it was closed; only open on the weekends and when they have a life guard. My children were so disappointed!!!

Don't stay here! They use the pool photo to advertise the place but then when you stay they point out that their website says the pool is closed weekdays!?!? It's all being renovated so maybe one day it will be nice but currently they are holding and feeding people for the government. Walls and hallways are all partially fixed up. Lots of rooms are still torn apart. Restaurant doesn't open until 5pm, no lunch service.

A little far from downtown but a fair price.some of the staff are helpful, specially the one at morning. Some of the staff at night not so friendly. Overall ok experiencie.the room are clean and well maintained.

Wrong attitude to correct hotel payment error.

Hotel charges me a cancelled booking for 4 night stays. I need to call 5 times to solve their error. Each time the person who took the phone call answers either they are busy or they do not have authorization. I feel bad when I hear they said they are busy and it seemed I am not their customers. At the end I do not receive an apology for their payment error. It is a very bad experience and I will not book this hotel for my family.

I booked the hotel 50 days in advance. The room I chose was the apartment with living room and separate bedroom. That's because this was my wedding trip, and my best man came from another country and could stay with us. With less than 1 week left, they call me, saying that that room would not be available. Only an ordinary room, with only one bed, would be offered to us. And that, WITHOUT REFUNDING ANY CENT!! The most they could do is add a folding bed to the room. Yes, that's what you're getting at: I slept with my wife and best man on our wedding night. Well, getting there, our room was in an area of the hotel that is under renovation. It had an UNBEARABLE fresh paint smell. There were no trash cans, no coffee machine, no iron and ironing board, and guess what? The foldable bed wasn't there either. We had to ask and wait a long time, as we arrived at night and tired. To top it off, the staff is extremely rude (with the exception of the cleaning staff) and unhelpful. My advice: stay away from this hotel. There are better and cheaper hotels in the same region!
