Don't think I will ever use this place again. First off the staff was more interested in talking to other staff or customers they are more interested in. The parking at this place is atrocious forget about it if you have a large pickup or are towing the smallest of trailers. Spent almost a half an hour trying to park and ended up parking across a 6 lane road at the sister hotel and walking back. The rooms are average at best and the clientele are noisy at all hours. Got an email in the morning for express check out and when I checked it I was already checked out. An hour after I left the hotel I received a call that the girl at the front desk forgot to give me my license back after I checked in so I turned around battled awful traffic for 2 hours to retrieve it and didn't even receive an apology .Not worth it in my eyes.

Paid 75$ because we forget to put car parking permit in dashboard

Room is good , but they insist to keep 100$ from credit card for insidentil , that i think this is too much for hotel that we paid 80$ for 1 nite . Because i go to another hotel they only keep 1$ and max 25$ . And everyone who decide to stay here should know the parking rules , we don't put card parkir permit in the dashboard , because we don't understand , they lock our tire and we have to pay 75$ to open that lock even we have the parking permit and we are hotel guest . So beware of this . I parking inside hotel area . Defenitelly will not back to this hotel again .

Check in experience was poor because it was very slow. The rear entrance door was broken so I had to walk back around to the front of the hotel to enter. The hotel is old so the physical condition is not good. The only positive aspect was the pillows.

I’ll start with the bad: I expected more out of the hotel. The AC was wonky and fickle when it came on. But that really wasn’t too much of an issue aside from when I came back from walking to Publix. The breakfast attendant was great but the selection was bad. Also, I was told at check-in that the hotel did not have luggage carts. Seeing as how there are 8 floors I can’t imagine how they don’t get bombarded with complains on that alone. The front desk clerk may have meant all the carts were being used BUT I never saw a single cart my entire stay. Other than that, everything was fine. The stay itself was fine. I’ve stayed in worst hotels.

Quiet, comfy stay in a busy area

I stayed one night with my teenage daughters after a volleyball tournament in the area. Our room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I was a little worried about road noise, but none of us were bothered in the night. The hotel was pretty quiet overall. My only suggestions would be a little touch up work around the entryway to our room and replacing the bottles in the shower. (It appears that someone tried to remove them unsuccessfully.) I would stay again!
