Good location, very close to New Street and Utilia Arena. Hotel staff friendly. Sean at breakfast was very entertaining and it made our ‘Take That’ experience great. Room was very clean, fantastic shower. Hotel price was a little expensive at £180 for the night but we wanted to be close to the arena.

Great stay. We booked the hotel as we were attending the Take That concert On Saturday 18th May. We were met by Sean who had a lovely Take That related welcome for us. We booked 3 rooms as there were 6 of us. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We had some drinks in the bar after the gig and ordered a few pizzas that were really nice and tasty. Overall a good stay. Sean also welcome us to breakfast. Really nice guy and made the stay memorable.

We stayed overnight after attending the Take That gig at the Utilita arena. Rooms were clean and everything was provided for a comfortable stay. Plenty of choice at breakfast, and even though it was busy there was always a table free and food was constantly being topped up. What made our stay memorable, though, were the greetings from Sean on reception on arrival and in the dining room the next morning, including puns on TT songs in his welcomes. No, Sean, we'll 'never forget' our stay, we're 'sure' it won't be our last, though we won't necessarily be 'back for good'. What an asset to the company he is!

First time staying at this hotel. Great location. Short walk from New Street Station and the canal and Utilita Arena. Staff were lovely and very helpful. A couple of complaints. The air con is terrible. It was obviously on but the lowest you can select it to cool down to is 19. That's still quite warm. The 2nd thing is according to the website they have light meals and snacks available 24hrs but after returning from a concert my husband and I were a little peckish and asked about food and we couldn't get anything. Not totally sure why. Luckily we had a couple of packets of crisps in the room. Breakfast was lovely though. Plenty of hot and cold choices. We would stay again but will remember to pack my little fan and make sure we've got some extra snacks to hand.

We came last night to stay over as we were watching Take That at utilitarian arena. Everything was great, speedy check in by Sean who is so funny and makes everyone feel welcome. Also lovely breakfast this morning made better by the take that commentary he must have spent ages coming up with all the gags but he was hilarious. The room was good. It was quiet and clean. Can’t complain about a thing.
