We booked valley view luxury rooms. It had beautiful view of valley. Food was good, loved the hospitality. They provided bed heater complimentary. Room was clean and neat. They have game zone as well. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff is well trained. And all of above is getting in good budget. Would love to visit again.

Hotel's hospitality was far better than expectations. Family and couple must stay in this hotel if you have plan to visit manali. Hotel's staff behaviour and food are too good and hygienic property and view was great from private balcony..

Best stay , I would highly recommend . Ambience is too good .staff is very polite and cooperative & the best part was view from our room , location is very prime and close to city ,everything is just 5 star…..Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

Wonderful experience while staying at this hotel Services are perfectly fine n hygiene is on its best 5star for them Food quality was also very good The view from the room is absolutely mesmerising and breath taking I will surely recommend to have a stay in this hotel whenever you come to manali

Pros- - Excellent rooms- perfectly Clean rooms and wash rooms. We opted for family room without view which is exactly same as shown in the pictures. - Service was very good —> let it be service for extra blankets, towel or food delivery at room —> all was super quick. We stayed for 3 nights and on third night hotel was fully booked… just highlighting this because real test of service is when you have all rooms booked :) — I was delighted that there was no difference in service. - restaurant is also awesome in food quality, hygiene and taste. Booked room with complimentary breakfast and every day buffet had different items. We had dinner also and it was also tasty. Travelled with kids and senior citizen and hotel staff and quality of room amazed all of us. BIG THANKS TO THE MANAGEMENT OF HOTEL AND KEEP THE SAME SERVICE. Would highly recommend and will visits again if I travelled to Manali. Cons- only thing is the road to hotel is not that good but that is matter of week or so and for that good service and rooms it should be ok. If you have your car or travelling in CAB etc it is not a problem.
