The rooms are tiny with literally no storage space, they have a closet the width of a hanger and basically no drawers. I would have expected more from a Hilton Hotel. The service was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Maria (Front office), Stefan, Vivian, Banjo (Omelette man), Analyn, Dino (Breakfast Manager), Anthony (Breakfast), Papawee, Few, Sidnejs, Peter, Noman (Breakfast), Victor (Omelette man), Maggie, Aicha (Chef) Maria (HSK) and Anuthida. We are Diamond members and stayed 7 nights at Hilton Slussen. The above staff made my 60th birthday celebration memorable. They all treated my wife and me very well. They are kind, polite, spontaneous to assist and very professional. Wish them all the very best to serve Hilton Slussen for a long time. God bless them all. Rohan and Prsanthie .

Superb Hilton Stockholm stay !

The Hilton Slussen was home for 3 nights while in Stockholm over the Easter break. The hotel is in a superb location and the standard you would expect from a Hilton. Checkin was quick, efficient yet in a friendly way . Room allocated was a king deluxe with a view which was very nice. The rooms are split over 2 buildings so make sure you take the right elevator. The room was a decent size but not as big as I would have expected a deluxe to be. The bed was clean and comfortable, small desk area should you wish to do some work. The wardrobe was a little narrow with front facing hangers so not a lot of space. The view over the water & city was amazing, the sounding proofing was excellent and didn't hear any traffic. The bathroom was an odd shape and it was hard to get in position when using the sink, a minor issue. Great to have a proper bathtub especially after all the walking in Stockholm. Plenty of towels and gels and everything was spotlessly clean. The wood décor was not to my taste but very Nordic. There was also a fridge and a kettle to make tea or coffee. Wifi was quick and easy to connect to and it stayed connected. Breakfast was wonderful, omelets or fried eggs cooked to order by an excellent chef each morning. There was plenty choice of hot or cold items to fill your breakfast plate be it cold meats and cheeses or fruits and yogurts to some fresh breads and rolls , and everything was fresh tasting and good. The hotel's location is second to none, Slussen metro is on your doorstep, boats to Vaxholm or Gröna Lund are included in the price of a 72 hr travel card which cost 350 SEK, all of the transport was quick , efficient , clean and safe. All of the staff which I encountered were great, very hospitable and good at their job, nothing was too much trouble. A great choice if staying in Stockholm.

Probably the worst hotel in Stockholm! The rooms, the hallways and the reception area are dirty and tired. My room had electric wires hanging from the ceiling. The bath tub is very high and dangerous. The carpet in the room was gross and sticky. Half of our luggage was either lost, missplaced or it took over an hour to be brought up! I literally chased after luggage for well over an hour! But the worst part by far is that there are literal homless people sleeping between the 2 hotel buildings, you can see them in their sleeping bags through the corridor windows.

Very nice hotel. Everything was very well kept and clean. The room had all the amenities you could expect. Perfect for one person. Bed is too small for two. Service at check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection of food. Nice views if you get a table by the window. Location is excellent. Close to some of the best craft beer bars in the city.
