The Hilton Old Town is a very well run hotel with a great staff. - the hotel is spotless. To illustrate, one morning I saw a staff member dusting and cleaning the fire extinguishers in the hallway - the rooms are well appointed and well maintained. For example, the sliding door to our closet came off the track. We told the front desk when we left in the morning and it was repaired when we returned at 5:00 PM - the breakfast buffet had a lot of food choices, all fresh and constantly replenished - and best of all, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable - to name a few; -- Haythen and Kristyna at the front desk helped us get a great room after we arrived at 6:00 PM with no reservation and exhausted from a difficult experience at a different hotel -- Regina and Ondrej (sp ?) in the dining room made every morning special with their friendly personalities and their hard work, it was a very nice way to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Prague Hilton Old Town are very friendly and provide impeccable service. There were no mistakes and requests were processed promptly. Plenty of water and towels are provided, and the breakfast in particular was much more delicious and fresh than other hotels. I will visit Hilton Prague Old Town again next time. Very nice, clean, safe, and quiet hotel with a convenient location to old town Prague. The rooms are larger than I expected. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby. I didn't use the gym, pool, sauna, or restaurant.

Location was close to old town but tricky to figure out how to walk there. There is a large overpass you need to navigate around. The layout of the room we found very awkward. The air quality poor and we could not control our heat. It was very hot Construction in nearby rooms caused much noise and chemical smells In order to deactivate the mini bar you had to make a deposit first The room we had, looked over the courtyard so we could not tell what the weather was and couldn’t open the window either Television not the easiest to use and our phone receiver didn’t work

We stayed here on a recent trip we took to Europe. My wife prefers to stay at Hiltons when we are traveling abroad. It's a just little more expensive, but you know what you're going to get: consistent, quality. This trip we stayed at the Hilton Prague Old Town as well as the Hilton in Vienna. This particular property was ideal. Perfect location for exploring the city. The room was spacious (the bathroom was HUGE!). We typically stop by the bar before leaving for dinner, or perhaps after touring all day. The bar staff at this location were so engaging. Everyone was kind and thoughtful, especially Max. He's one of the Good Guys and I encourage you to stop by the bar and introduce yourself. I can't recommend this location enough!
